FOR ORGANISATIONS · TRUST INDEX

See where
trust breaks down.

Understand where change can begin.

When departments struggle to cooperate, concerns remain unspoken and decisions meet resistance, start by understanding the underlying situation.

For owners, HR and leaders · scoped around your challenge

01 / YOUR CHALLENGE

Recurring problems.
Unclear causes.

Decisions stall

Meetings and approvals multiply while progress slows down.

Concerns remain unspoken

Agreement in the meeting gives way to doubts and private conversations afterwards.

Functions retreat into silos

Everyone delivers their part, but the shared outcome gets lost between departments.

02 / OUR PROCESS

Understand first.
Then act.

  1. 01

    Context

Define the business challenge together and identify the relationships that matter.

  2. 02

    Assessment

Agree on scope and data collection. Explore factors of trust using the Trust Index approach.

  3. 03

    Shared interpretation

Connect observations with working situations and distinguish symptoms from possible causes.

  4. 04

    Next steps

Set priorities and shape an improvement plan for the following 3–4 months.

03 / OUTCOMES

Beyond a score.
A direction for change.

A picture of the situation

A shared view of where working relationships support trust and where barriers appear.

Priorities for discussion

Questions to bring into a conversation with leaders and the team.

A plan for further work

A sequence of actions connected to the organisation’s challenges.

Before starting, we agree on participants, methods, confidentiality, timing and the format of results.

04 / THE RIGHT SCOPE

One team
or the organisation?

Team

When difficulties centre on one working group or its relationship with a leader.

Organisation

When barriers run across functions, management levels or multiple departments.

A proposal after we understand your challenge.

The scope, number of participants and depth of assessment shape the cost. We agree on the work, timeline and proposal before starting.

05 / THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Tell us what
is happening.

A few lines are enough to start. You do not need to know which tool is right for you.

  1. What challenge do you want to address?
  2. Who is involved: a team, functions, the organisation?
  3. What have you tried, and what changed?

Before we start

Is this a standard questionnaire?

We start by understanding your challenge and agreeing on the format. Assessment includes interpretation and choosing further action.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope and the collection methods. We agree on it after the initial conversation.

How are employee responses handled?

Confidentiality, access and reporting rules must be agreed before any responses are collected.

Can we start with one team?

Yes. We choose the scope around the challenge and discuss a wider assessment if the causes extend beyond that team.
